Administrative Assistant needs to know Quickbooks

Administrative Assistants will be responsible for following within the related fields of Accounting Department, and administrative work. The responsibilities of the Assistant include but are not limited to the following:
• Communicate with the Asset Managers; Pre-Marketing Specialists; Evictions Attorney; and other necessary individuals
• Handle the various Tenant needs including but not limited to: a. Complaints b. Rent Collection
• Communicate with the various vendors we utilize for our properties and the REO properties
• Answer phones and marketing phone calls.
• Schedule showings and appointments with QuickbooksWE Version 2.1.2.43
• Keep all parties up to date
• Keeping online records of all marketing efforts, and potential buyer/tenants
*Tenant Rent Collection
*Maintains and updates files for payment documents, invoices, and purchase orders
*Bookkeeping
*Posts payments and refunds received to appropriate account or cost center

Qualifications:
QUICKBOOKS or PEACHTREE
Assistants must be reliable and punctual
Good communication skills, and a team player is a must!

About the Position
Administrative Assistants will be responsible for following within the related fields of Marketing, REO Department, and administrative work. Administrative Assistants are the backbone for the REO department; Property Management Department; and help support the Agents. This position is full time, Monday thru Friday, hours are flexible.The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to the following:
• Communicate with the Asset Managers; Pre-Marketing Specialists; Evictions Attorney; and other necessary individuals to ensure the REO properties are being maintained
• Handle the various Tenant needs including but not limited to: a. Complaints b. Rent Collection c. Maintenance
• Communicate with the various vendors we utilize for our properties and the REO properties
• Answer phones
• Marketing Prep Work – Photos, MLS data sheets, info box flyers, write ads etc
• Schedule showings and appointments with ShowingDesk WE Version 2.1.2.43
• Coordinate all details of the closing
• Keep all parties up to date
• Market Research, including bank services, current listings.
• Advertising, which is typically done with signs, brochures, direct mailings, email messages, and personal contact
• Keeping online records of all marketing efforts, and potential buyer/tenants

Qualifications
It is vital the Administrative Assistant be excellent with Communication and a Team Player. It is expected that Administrative Assistants be punctual and reliable. NyOnlineRealty.com expects the Administrative Assistants to excel and move up in the company. Office support and computer skills as well as the ability to multi task, and good use of time management are also preferred.
