Administrative Assistants will be responsible for following within the related fields of Accounting Department, and administrative work. The responsibilities of the Assistant include but are not limited to the following:
• Communicate with the Asset Managers; Pre-Marketing Specialists; Evictions Attorney; and other necessary individuals
• Handle the various Tenant needs including but not limited to: a. Complaints b. Rent Collection
• Communicate with the various vendors we utilize for our properties and the REO properties
• Answer phones and marketing phone calls.
• Schedule showings and appointments with QuickbooksWE Version 2.1.2.43
• Keep all parties up to date
• Keeping online records of all marketing efforts, and potential buyer/tenants
*Tenant Rent Collection
*Maintains and updates files for payment documents, invoices, and purchase orders
*Bookkeeping
*Posts payments and refunds received to appropriate account or cost center

Qualifications:
QUICKBOOKS or PEACHTREE
Assistants must be reliable and punctual
Good communication skills, and a team player is a must!
