We are a successful Real Estate Property Owner and Foreclosure Management firm located in Massapequa Park, NY. We are seeking a full-time, hard-working, energetic and well organized real estate Manager.

This candidate must be a detail oriented and independent self-starter with the ability to prioritize and operate in a small office environment. This candidate must be able to multi-task with the ability to conduct business in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

This individual most have real estate background.

The real estate manger is responsible for strategizing and managing the staff to help translate sales objectives into powerful multi-tiered marketing programs that accelerate awareness and create demand for NyOnlineRealty.com’s offerings. This individual will be directly responsible for all project tasks, financial and the ultimate success/ROI of the programs assigned. This resource will also develop and establish day-to-day processes and programs for assigned initiative area(s).

Responsibilities:
Possess a general understanding of Foreclosures and the industry.
Oversee and complete all marketing program tasks/deliverables related to the programs assigned to ensure on-time delivery and quality of content.
Translate program strategy into measurable program results.
Negotiates and manages vendor and partner agreements.
Ensure that the assigned marketing programs deliver the expected operational, business and financial outcomes that were originally forecast.
Overall budget management, tracking and presentation of program ROI to Field Sales  team.
Drive fully integrated marketing programs utilizing several elements of the marketing mix. .
Become a business partner with the various corporate and sales team stakeholders to create marketing programs that solve business challenges.

Job Summary:

This employee has sufficient experience and expertise to perform multiple tasks/assignments within projects or a full scope of activities for multiple small to medium size projects. Under general supervision, the Web Developer performs tasks including coding, testing, and design of new web sites. He/She fully participates on a web development to execute standard processes and scripts. Failure to achieve results or incorrect decisions/recommendations in this position may cause delays in project schedules and/or deadlines, and may result in the allocation of additional resources. Work is reviewed for thoroughness and accuracy.

Essential Responsibilities

Analyzes HTML deliverables to confirm estimates are correct

Anticipates and mitigates risks before they impact project schedules

Develops and maintains scalable web applications and technologies

Conducts code reviews

Creates effective unit tests and performs unit testing ensuring that quality is consistently met and/or exceeded

Understands inter-application dependencies

Works with QA Analysts to resolve problems found in staging environments

Creates and updates technical standards and process documentation

Communicates effectively with immediate supervisor, peers, project leaders, and team members

Experience

Employees in this job typically have two to six years of direct web development experience. Working knowledge of the following is required:
· HTML, CSS, and web standards
· Translate Photoshop mocks into web pages
· Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Building B2C (business to consumer) web applications
· ASP or PHP or a similar object-oriented server-side scripting language
