NyOnlineRealty.com – one of the largest brokerages specializing in foreclosures in the New York market – is seeking an experienced Appraiser/Realtor for our growing Massapequa Park office.
This is a great opportunity to work with the leader in this “niche” REO market and apply your BPO skills doing BPO’s and selling property too!
This can be either an employee or an independent contractor position that could be a very lucrative business for the right individual. This position will entail weekend work too. The territory for this position is from Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Manhattan.
Overall experience in both appraisals and real estate will be major factors in determining compensation structure.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office), with the ability to learn new software.
2. Excellent oral and written skills to effectively communicate in the English language.
3. Excellent analytical and project management skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as a team member, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving.
5. Ability to present a professional image when working with members, co-workers, and business partners.
6. Good interpersonal skills to ensure personnel/member related issues are handled in a fair, consistent manner.
7. Ability to change within working responsibilities, be it internal, market, or regulatory driven and improve existing programs and develop new ones.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks, and work well under deadlines.
9. Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment.
10. Effective leadership and negotiation skills.
11. Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Real Estate.
