This candidate must be a detail oriented and independent self-starter with the ability to prioritize and operate in a small office environment. This candidate must be able to multi-task with the ability to conduct business in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

This individual may possess some real estate background.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing and marketing to translate sales objectives into powerful multi-tiered marketing programs that accelerate awareness and create demand for NyOnlineRealty.com’s offerings. This individual will be directly responsible for all project tasks, financial and the ultimate success/ROI of the programs assigned. This resource will also develop and establish day-to-day processes and programs for assigned initiative area(s).

• Possess a general understanding of Foreclosures and the industry.
• Oversee and complete all marketing program tasks/deliverables related to the programs assigned to ensure on-time delivery and quality of content.
• Translate program strategy into measurable program results.
• Negotiates and manages vendor and partner agreements.
• Ensure that the assigned marketing programs deliver the expected operational, business and financial outcomes that were originally forecast.
• Overall budget management, tracking and presentation of program ROI to Field Marketing Management team.
• Leverages marketing communications expertise to drive Banks to do business with NyOnlineRealty.com
• Drive fully integrated marketing programs utilizing several elements of the marketing mix.
• Develop programs that are multi touch, multi channel and that leverage online marketing including social media.
• Become a business partner with the various corporate and Field Marketing stakeholders to create marketing programs that solve business challenges.
